Role & responsibilities:
- Build the pipeline of qualified leads for the agency through channels such as LinkedIn, email, existing network of contacts, campaigns, phone, social media and events
- Research potential new clients in relevant sectors, especially in luxury and premium brand sectors and identify senior decision makers within the client organisations
- Arrange appointments with potential clients for the CEO/senior managers and follow up throughout the process
- Achieve the lead generation targets set quarterly
- Prepare briefing notes for CEO/senior managers before meetings
- Implement email marketing campaigns and print campaigns
- Manage the social media activity for the agency
- Maintain a marketing dashboard on key metrics and report weekly vs. KPIs
- Manage and develop our CRM database
- Prepare case studies, credentials, presentations, PR communications and marketing collateral
- Support on pitches
- Support in organising agency and client events
- Attend relevant networking/PR events
- Admin support and diary management for CEO
- Admin support for advertising sales team on ad hoc basis
- General office support when needed
What we are looking for:
- Some experience in a marketing/ business development/sales role
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, especially phone and email, including perfect written English
- A commercial mindset, a creative thinker, loves building relationships
- Excellent working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel – basic design skills a bonus
- A flair for copywriting (we’re a content agency after all)
- Attention to detail, super-organised, tenacious
- Proactive, with high energy, can-do attitude; a willingness to pitch in, no matter how responsible or menial the task
- A thirst for knowledge, a passion for marketing and sales, and a desire to progress
- A basic understanding of different marketing channels
- Knowledge of or interest in the luxury sector a bonus
- A BA (Hons) Degree
Salary £23-26k depending on experience, and benefits including:
